HKT’s (Hong Kong Telecom) innovative loyalty and digital commerce platform, The Club, and the lifestyle rewards program of the Singapore Airlines Group, KrisFlyer, are delighted to introduce a two-way points and miles conversion program. This partnership aims to offer members of The Club and KrisFlyer enhanced avenues to elevate their benefits and experiences.
Through this collaboration, members of The Club and KrisFlyer can seamlessly convert KrisFlyer miles to Clubpoints directly on SingaporeAir.com. This unlocks a plethora of travel and lifestyle offerings, including exclusive member experiences such as curated travel packages, pre-screenings, and priority concert bookings. Moreover, members can utilise Clubpoints to offset expenses on The Club or convert them to KrisFlyer miles via theclub.com.hk, enabling redemption for a wide range of rewards, including flights, hotel stays, car rentals, shopping, and dining offers.
The conversion rates between Clubpoints and KrisFlyer miles are as follows:
• 1 KrisFlyer mile to 0.15 Clubpoint
• 1 Clubpoint to 0.6 KrisFlyer mile
To celebrate the launch of this collaboration, limited-time offers are available to eligible The Club members until May 31, 2024. Members can enjoy bonus KrisFlyer miles when converting a designated amount of Clubpoints to KrisFlyer miles during the Promotion Period. The offers include:
Offer 1: Members who successfully convert a minimum of 2,000 Clubpoints to KrisFlyer miles in a single transaction will receive 500 KrisFlyer miles as a one-off bonus.
Offer 2: The first 50 members who successfully convert a cumulative of 22,000 Clubpoints to KrisFlyer miles will receive 20,000 KrisFlyer miles.
KrisFlyer Sign Up Bonus: The first 2,000 members who successfully sign up as KrisFlyer members via a designated website with the promo code “THECLUB800” will receive 800 KrisFlyer miles.

The conversion of Clubpoints to KrisFlyer miles and vice versa is available from February 1, 2024, to January 31, 2026, inclusive. The Promotion Period for Offer 1, Offer 2, and KrisFlyer Sign Up Bonus Promotion is from February 1, 2024, to May 31, 2024, inclusive. Quotas for Offer 2 and KrisFlyer Sign Up Bonus Promotion are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Participation in the KrisFlyer Sign Up Bonus Promotion is limited to The Club members who have not previously signed up for KrisFlyer membership.
