TBM Staff - Mumbai Raga Svara, a holistic learning and healing institution based in Rajkot, Gujarat, has launched a Yoga Retreat to help guests slow down and reconnect with themselves. This Retreat goes beyond just teaching different Yogasanas and offers a complete experience that addresses the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of Yoga, aiming to help guests achieve balance between their body, mind, and soul.
This newly launched Retreat is a seven-day program that includes six nights of stay, and aims to leave guests feeling revitalised, rejuvenated, and reconnected with themselves. The program is designed to be taught in small groups, with a vision that learning with peers who share similar goals enhances the experience. The cohorts will be undertaken every Saturday, commencing from April 22, 2023.
Raga Svara’s Yoga Retreat is a comprehensive program that combines Asanas, Pranayama, and Dhyana techniques, to enhance the quality of life. It is a holistic approach to Yoga that aims to cultivate discipline and calmness in one’s practice. The program is designed to cater to guests with varying levels of experience, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
