ETAA South chapter successfully organised knowledge session for its members in Bengaluru

As the tourism industry is bouncing back, the South Chapter of Enterprising Travel Agents Association (ETAA) organised a knowledge session for its members at Holiday Inn in Bengaluru on December 07. The organisers had taken all safety protocols for conducting the event. TravelBiz Monitor was the knowledge partner for this event.

The session witnessed interesting presentations from the Tourism Authority of Thailand and YAS Island. During the presentation travel agents and tour operators were seen interacting with the respective presenters, hence made the knowledge session truly interactive. The presenters shared all the latest information on the destinations with the audience. Nithin Pareek, Manager, Sales, Yas Island, and AR Rasvin, Relationship Manager, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Mumbai, gave presentations on behalf of their respective tourism boards. Rajiv BD, Passenger sales head, represented Thai Airways.

The session was initiated by Dharmesh Advani, Chairman, ETAA Head Office, Ajay Wadode, Head – Sales & Marketing, Saffron Synergies Pvt. Ltd, Princy K D, Chairperson, South Chapter, ETAA and others from ETAA South Chapter.
