Uttar Pradesh Launches Helicopter Services for Upcoming Temple Ceremony

To ease the anticipated throng of visitors for Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir consecration on January 22, Jaiveer Singh, UP’s tourism minister, unveiled plans for helicopter services. The exact launch date remains under wraps, but Singh assured devotees of all necessary facilities.

Ayodhya prepares for a week-long consecration ceremony culminating in the grand Pran Pratishtha of the Ram Janmobhoomi Mandir on January 22nd. Prime Minister Modi will preside over the ceremony, consecrating the new Ram Lalla idol in the sanctum sanctorum.

Nestled on the eastern banks of the sacred Sarayu River, Ayodhya pulsates with a timeless mystique. Not just a city on a map, Ayodhya transcends geographic boundaries to become a cornerstone of Hindu mythology and a living testament to India’s rich cultural tapestry.

Kanak Bhawan, nestled near Hanuman Garhi in Ayodhya, was the legendary palace of Lord Rama and Sita during their first 12 years of marriage. Its name translates to “Golden Abode,”. Exquisite frescoes and murals adorn the walls, depicting Rama and Sita resplendent in golden crowns, symbolizing their prosperity and divine grace.

Ayodhya’s tourism infrastructure is set for an overhaul, with plans for a sound-and-light show, observatory, digital museum, and ropeway system. A 251-meter Ram statue is also proposed for the Sarayu riverbank.
