St. Moritz Tourismus appoints Marijana Jakic as CEO

The Board of Directors of the recently-established St. Moritz Tourismus AG has announced the election of Marijana Jakic as the organisation’s new CEO. A native of St. Moritz and a distinguished member of the management team at Engadin Tourism, Jakic emerged triumphant from a rigorous selection process that evaluated approximately 80 candidates. She will officially take on her duties as a CEO from September 1, 2023.

Following the successful establishment of St. Moritz Tourismus AG in May 2023, accompanied by the appointment of an adept Board of Directors responsible for shaping the strategic trajectory of the organisation, the spotlight now shifts to the leadership.

Jakic is presently serving as the Brand Manager St. Moritz and an esteemed member of the Executive Board at Engadin Tourismus.

The selection of Jakic as the incoming CEO signals the board’s confidence in her ability to masterfully steer the organisation toward new horizons. Guided by her exceptional leadership acumen and distinct persona, Jakic is poised to define and propel the premium destination that is St. Moritz into an era of innovation, growth, and enhanced prominence.
