SKAL India Congress to be held from October 4-7 in Bengaluru and Mysuru

Skal International will hold Skal India Congress 2023 in Mysuru and Bengaluru between October 4-7 this year.

In this direction, a curtain raiser programme was held recently in Mysuru where the website and logo of Skal India Congress 2023 was launched by Pratap Simha, Mysuru MP, in the presence of representatives from the tourism industry and Skal International India. Dignitaries present in the event were Carl Vaz, President, SKAL International India, Sudipta Deb, Chairman, SKAL India Congress, Prashanth B S, President, SKAL International Mysuru, Ayappa Somaiah, President, SKAL International Benagluru.

It is an elaborate platform designed for like-minded professionals who want to participate in the progress of the travel industry. This event will act as a catalyst to initiate exchange of views on the keys issues of the travel and tourism industry. It is designed to arrive at anticipating future growth of the industry by providing a bridge to connect today’s resources to tomorrow’s sustainability.

This event is supported and promoted by the Department of Tourism, Government of Karnataka. Karnataka will be the first state of India to host this prestigious event in two of its prime cities, Mysuru and Bengaluru. “Globally, we will be the first to set an example of two important cities coming together to demonstrate their strong commitment towards Travel and Tourism Industry,” said an official from SKAL.

SKAL International is a Travel & Tourism organisation which has been operating for the last 85 years. SKAL is an affiliate member of the UN World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) promoting responsible, sustainable accessible tourism and amalgamating all verticals of Travel and Tourism industry.
