Mumbai Travel Fraternity League’s Grand Return in Second Edition

In a remarkable display of solidarity and positivity, the Mumbai Travel Fraternity (MTF) League celebrated its second edition with unparalleled grandeur. Conceived by Mumbai travel industry veterans Sanjay Arya, Pradeep Saboo, Rajat Bagaria, and Sameer Karnani in 2023, the event has become a significant highlight for the industry as the New Year unfolds.

This year, the league saw a notable expansion with 12 teams participating, an increase from the 8 teams in the previous edition held in 2023. The tournament’s victory was once again claimed by Otilla International, securing their position as champions for the second consecutive year.

Adding to the prestige of the event this time, Singapore Airlines and the Singapore Tourism Board joined hands in support, along with Oman Air. The collaboration of these industry leaders further emphasized the league’s significance in fostering camaraderie and promoting a positive outlook within the Mumbai travel community.

Pradeep Saboo, Guideline Travels
MTF Premier League was Bigger with 12 teams this year, and more players and equally larger fan base! The idea was to connect cricket with camaraderie and build a bond and connect in the Travel Fraternity of Mumbai. Season 1 was a grand success ,and we had to obviously do something bigger and better this year ! Experiences, learnings and good practices from season 1 and 2 will be carried forward for season 3.

Ajay Chhabria, Partner, In Time Travels
The magnitude of the tournament this time was far bigger than the last year. I supported the event with social media outreach, and creating adequate noise about the event. It was a pleasure to support this fabulously organised tournament with amazing F&B spread and hospitality arrangements.

Sanjay Arya, Keshav Travels
Like last year, we wanted to unite the travel agents in Mumbai, and give them a bigger platform to bond and have a great time.

Sameer Karnani, Arunodaya Travels
MTF Premier League was conceptualised keeping in mind the stressful lifestyle we travel professionals lead. It was a fun carnival with only owners and senior management of travel companies, airlines and tourism boards participating to play the fun game. Overall, it a good networking event in a different environment.

Rajat Bagaria, Shrishti Tours & Travels
We wanted MTF to be different, and thanks to the support of the sponsors, team owners and the trade, they made it a reality by supporting and attending in large numbers.
