A British national and seasoned professional in the luxury hospitality sector, El-Masri brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record to his new role. He has been a significant leader within the Jumeirah brand since 2019, previously serving as Associate Director of Sales at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Director of Sales at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, and most recently as Complex Director of Sales at Madinat Jumeirah. There, he successfully managed and implemented international strategies for rooms revenue growth across four premium 5-star hotels, earning the brand’s “Rising Star” award in both 2021 and 2022.

His proven success in driving revenue growth and fostering strong partner relationships will be key in enhancing our market position and achieving exceptional results at Jumeirah Olhahali Island.”
