IATO Convention 2025 to be held in Puri, Odisha

The 40th annual Convention of the Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO) is set to be held in Puri, Odisha during September 2025, informed Rajiv Mehra, President, Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO).

Informing the media, Mehra said that the proposal for organising the annual convention in Puri, Odisha has been accepted by the Odisha Government Tourism Department. This will be IATO’s 3rd Annual Convention in Odisha. IATO had earlier organised its 24th Annual Convention in Bhubaneswar in 2008 and 33rd IATO Annual Convention in 2017.

The 33rd IATO Annual Convention held in 2017 in Mayfair Convention Centre, Bhubaneswar, Odisha was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Odisha Naveen Patnaik and it was a very successful convention and was attended by about 900 delegates from all over the country. Puri will be a very attractive destination for the IATO members and the association is expecting about 1000 delegates to attend the convention.

Mehta thanked Aswini Kumar Patra, Tourism Minister of Odisha and Odisha Tourism for accepting IATO’s Proposal.

IATO will soon announce the venue for the 39th IATO Annual Convention which is also being finalised.
