TBM Staff - Mumbai The Goa International Travel Mart (GITM) 2024 kicked off with a grand inaugural ceremony held at Bay 15, Dona Paula yesterday. The inauguration, held in the distinguished presence of Dr. Puneet Kumar Goel, IAS, Chief Secretary, Government of Goa, Suneel Anchipaka, IAS, Director Tourism & Managing Director GTDC, Nilesh Shah, TTAG President, Vivek Kerkar, Skal President Goa Chapter and Carlos Desouza, Convenor CII commenced with a traditional lamp lighting ceremony.
Anchipaka delivered the opening address, emphasising the significance of GITM in promoting tourism and fostering meaningful collaborations. “GITM serves as a cornerstone event in our efforts to elevate Goa’s tourism sector to new heights. By bringing together industry stakeholders, professionals, and enthusiasts from around the world, GITM provides a unique opportunity to showcase the diverse offerings of our beautiful state to a global audience.
