Fortune Hotels signs 6th hotel in Delhi NCR region

Fortune Hotels, a member of ITC’s hotel group has inked an operating
agreement for a hotel in Vivek Vihar, East Delhi. With this signing the premier hotel chain expands its presence in the NCR region.

Set to be a ‘Fortune Park’ the new hotel will have 70 smartly furnished rooms and suites, a delectable all day dining restaurant, a casual bar & lounge, two spacious banquet venues, a fully equipped gym along
with a relaxing spa to refresh the body, mind and soul.

Announcing the signing, Samir MC, Managing Director, Fortune Park Hotels Limited, said: “We are pleased to announce our sixth hotel in the NCR region. This hotel is strategically located in the plush confines of East Delhi, a very demand driven market with immense business potential. With our quality offerings along with the ITC’s Hotel Group legacy behind us, we are sure to become a preferred hotel option for business travellers as well as resident societies based in and around this area.”

Poised to open early next year, this stylish hotel aims to cater to the business needs of guests travelling to industrial areas of Ghaziabad, Shahdara, Sahibabad and NOIDA. It is in close proximity to the
Karkardooma Courts Complex and well connected by the express metro link to both domestic & international airports.

Currently, Fortune Park Hotels Limited offers 4 sub-brands in the mid-market to upscale segment in India i.e. Fortune Select, Fortune Park, Fortune Resort and Fortune Inn. With this signing, the premier domestic chain now has 6 alliances, around 500 rooms in Delhi NCR.
