TBM Staff - Mumbai Finnair has confirmed that it will increase flights between its Helsinki hub and key destinations in Asia for summer 2023, reports Travel News Asia.
The airline will resume service between Helsinki and Osaka with thrice weekly flights, and increase frequencies to Tokyo Narita.
Finnair will also add frequencies to Hong Kong and Delhi, operating daily to both cities during the 2023 summer season.
The Helsinki – Osaka route will take off every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, while Osaka – Helsinki is scheduled for Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, from March 26, 2023.
Finnair will operate the Helsinki – Tokyo Narita flights on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays; while the Tokyo Narita – Helsinki service is slated for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, effective 27 March 2023.
The carrier also flies daily to Tokyo Haneda during the summer season.

In summer 2023, we will be operating altogether 14 weekly connections between Finland and Japan, and we have daily connections to Delhi and Hong Kong,” said Ole Orvér, Chief Commercial Officer at Finnair. “The Helsinki Airport with its spacious new facilities offers an excellent experience both for customers visiting Finland and for those who continue onwards to one of our many European destinations.”
