ANA to offer free Wi-Fi for Business Class passengers

Beginning this summer, All Nippon Airways (ANA) will introduce complimentary ANA Wi-Fi Service for its Business Class travelers on international flights. This initiative underscores ANA’s commitment to enhancing the in-flight experience for its discerning passengers. Since its inception in 2014, ANA Wi-Fi Service has facilitated internet access, email usage, and social media engagement for passengers during their journeys. Notably, this expansion to include complimentary Wi-Fi for Business Class underscores ANA’s dedication to catering to the evolving needs of its clientele.

In addition to the complimentary Wi-Fi service for Business Class, ANA aims to extend its offering to Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers by the conclusion of March 2025. This phased rollout demonstrates ANA’s strategic approach to implementing enhancements across its various cabin classes, ensuring that all passengers can enjoy enhanced connectivity during their international travels. By prioritizing accessibility to Wi-Fi services, ANA is poised to further elevate the overall travel experience for its passengers, irrespective of their chosen class of service.

“ANA is dedicated to continuously elevating our customer experience, and the additional Wi-Fi enhancements that will be utilized for personal or business purposes is the latest offering for our passengers,” said Tomoji Ishii, Executive Vice President, Customer Experience Management and Planning of ANA. “Our ongoing efforts to expand inflight services is to provide our customers with an even more enjoyable and connected experience onboard.”
