TBM Staff - Mumbai Akasa Air has started operations from Varanasi, as its 14th destination on its fast-evolving network. This also marks the airline’s second destination launch in Uttar Pradesh, easing connectivity with daily flights from Lucknow and Varanasi to metro cities across India. The inaugural flight departed from Bengaluru at 12:30hrs, to touchdown Varanasi at 15:00hrs on February 18, 2023. Starting March 1, 2023, the airline will increase frequency, operating daily flights between Varanasi-Bengaluru-Goa.
