TBM Staff - Mumbai The Travel Agents Federation of India (TAFI) met with the Union Finance Secretary Dr T.V. Somanathan at the Ministry of Finance today to seek reduction in TCS (Tax Collected at Source) rates.
The delegation was led by TAFI President Ajay Prakash, Anil Kalsi, Mr. Ankush Nijhawan and. Rajiv Aggarwal along with Vivek Shejwalkar—Member of Parliament.
Prakash said, “The meeting was constructive and the Finance Secretary heard us out patiently and agreed to look the suggestions which were put forth.”
