Tourism Board to run motels, resorts on lease

The Chhattisgarh Tourism Board is set to run its 22 motels and resorts on lease for 30 years through private investors, it was announced on Monday.

The Board has invited tenders in this regard till October 21, an official statement said. The board decided to run these establishments on lease to develop tourism in the state. At present, 12 of the 22 motels and resorts are not operational, the statement said.
