Novotel Hyderabad Airport appoints Lovey Mathew as its Executive Housekeeper

Novotel Hyderabad Airport is pleased to announce the appointment of Lovey Mathew as the new Executive Housekeeper at the property. Lovey will play a pivotal role in leading the housekeeping operations at the iconic flagship hotel.

Lovey comes with extensive experience of more than 21 years in the hospitality industry, having previously worked with prestigious brands like Oberoi group, The Pullman Gurgaon Central Park, Vivanta by Taj groups to name a few. She has worked with Oberoi Center of Learning and Development and as an Executive Housekeeper and was also associated with the C.K. Birla Group as Head Housekeeper. She is known to possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with proven abilities in team management and guest relationship management.

At the Novotel Hyderabad Airport, she will provide maximum safety and hygiene for guests and associates across all functions. Lovey and her team will drive their efforts to ensure that guests have a relaxing experience and that their needs are addressed in an effective manner. Her key expertise lies in keeping efforts towards the overall maintenance of the hotel to enable smooth operations and ensure an elevated experience for guests. She is familiar with modern housekeeping techniques, resource utilization strategies, and the application of the highest standards of safety and hygiene in hotel operations.
