Akasa Air has announced the launch of daily direct flights connecting Abu Dhabi with Bengaluru and Ahmedabad, starting March 1, 2025. This strategic expansion builds on the success of the Mumbai-Abu Dhabi route launched in July 2024, further strengthening Akasa Air’s presence in the UAE. Travellers can now book tickets through the airline’s website, mobile app, or leading OTAs.
India’s growing interest in Abu Dhabi as a travel destination, fueled by its proximity, cultural ties, and unique experiences, has driven the airline’s decision to add these new routes. Passengers can enjoy extra legroom, USB charging ports, and the “Café Akasa” meal service, which includes healthy options and industry-first offerings like Kombucha. For travelers with special needs, the airline provides Braille safety and menu cards. Additionally, Akasa’s Quiet Flights initiative ensures restful travel during early and late flights, while Skyscore delivers live sports updates onboard.
