Marriott International, Inc. has announced its agreement with Aratt One World Pvt. Ltd. to introduce JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Electronic City, marking a major milestone in the brand’s luxury expansion in India’s Silicon Valley. Scheduled to open in 2030, the property will feature 370 rooms and suites across four acres, blending modern architecture with JW Marriott’s philosophy of mindful luxury, wellness, and personalised hospitality.
Kiran Andicot, Senior Vice President – South Asia, Marriott International, emphasised that the signing reflects the company’s growing confidence in Bengaluru’s premium travel market. He noted that as India’s demand for upscale experiences continues to grow, this project reinforces Marriott’s long-term commitment to delivering luxury tailored for both global and Indian travelers who seek refined experiences.
Strategically located about 50 km from Kempegowda International Airport and within easy access to Bengaluru’s bustling city centre, the hotel will feature a curated selection of dining venues, including an all-day restaurant, a specialty dining outlet, a Lobby Lounge, a Rooftop Bar, and the brand’s signature JW Market. For relaxation, guests will enjoy Spa by JW, a modern fitness centre, and a serene swimming pool area designed for comfort and rejuvenation.
For corporate travelers, the hotel will offer over 3,480 sq. m. of event space, including a grand ballroom and expansive outdoor lawn, ideal for conferences, weddings, and social events.
