ITC Hotels has announced robust growth for its Fortune Hotels brand in FY25, with 14 new signings and seven property openings. This strategic move brings its total portfolio to 78 hotels across India and Nepal, cementing its position in the upscale to mid-market hospitality segment.
Newly launched hotels include destinations like Pahalgam, Puri, Chennai, Goa (Candolim), Palampur, Ekta Nagar, and Bhaktapur in Nepal—the brand’s first international venture. These additions reflect Fortune’s ongoing focus on Tier II and Tier III cities, where demand from both business and leisure travellers is rising steadily.
The recent signings target emerging hotspots such as Rishikesh, Indore, Ayodhya, and Mukteshwar, extending the brand’s footprint to over 65 cities. With 56 operational hotels and 22 more in the pipeline as of March 2025, the brand’s expansion aligns with the evolving travel landscape.
“Fortune’s expansion reaffirms our commitment to offering accessible and comfortable hospitality across prime locations,” said Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels, highlighting the group’s mission to cater to India’s growing tourism potential.
