Adani Enterprises has strengthened its airport-led development strategy by setting up three new subsidiaries focused on hospitality and real estate. This move aligns with the group’s broader vision of developing integrated airport city ecosystems across key locations in India.
The subsidiaries—Adani Navi Mumbai Airport City Ltd, Adani Guwahati Airport City Ltd, and Adani Ahmedabad Airport City Ltd—will focus on real estate construction and hospitality infrastructure. Their scope includes developing hotels with integrated restaurants, banquet facilities, and business centres.
These entities operate under Adani Airport City Ltd, which is part of Adani Airport Holdings Limited. The structure reflects a strategic approach to building commercial ecosystems around airports, enhancing both passenger experience and non-aeronautical revenue streams.
Each subsidiary has been incorporated with a paid-up capital of ₹10 lakh and is fully owned by its parent entity. While specific project timelines and locations within airport zones have not been detailed, the initiative signals a clear push toward integrated urban and hospitality development.
The expansion is supported by the group’s larger aviation growth plans. Adani Airport Holdings Limited currently manages multiple major airports across India and holds significant stakes in Mumbai International Airport Ltd and Navi Mumbai International Airport Ltd, positioning it as a key player in the sector.
From an industry perspective, the move reflects a growing trend of airport cities evolving into multi-functional business and hospitality hubs. By integrating hotels, commercial spaces, and infrastructure, Adani Enterprises aims to capture rising travel demand while creating long-term value through diversified revenue streams.
