Tivoli Hotel, Chattarpur, has earned the prestigious Five-Star Certification from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, marking a significant milestone in Delhi’s luxury hospitality sector. Achieving this recognition within just a year of its launch highlights the hotel’s rapid rise and strong commitment to premium quality. This certification places Tivoli among the fastest Indian hotels to reach five-star classification, showcasing its operational strength, service quality, and brand ambition in an increasingly competitive hospitality landscape.
The certification follows detailed governmental audits covering multiple service and operational standards. These included accommodation quality, staff training, hygiene protocols, guest safety systems, security arrangements, concierge efficiency, front-office operations, and food-and-beverage performance. Each department was evaluated against India’s five-star norms, and Tivoli Hospitality Group met all compliance requirements. The approval reinforces the hotel’s focus on delivering a globally aligned luxury experience to guests across segments.
Amit Sood, CEO of Tivoli Hospitality Group, stated that the certification strengthens the group’s long-term luxury strategy. He emphasised that the recognition reflects the brand’s commitment to higher hospitality benchmarks and motivates the team to deliver consistent excellence. His remarks underline the group’s intent to expand further into premium markets while maintaining world-class standards across all properties.
Akshay Gupta, Executive Director, highlighted the contributions of Chairman Rohit Gupta, crediting his leadership in transforming Tivoli from a large-scale banqueting brand into a diversified luxury hospitality player. The strategic shift into high-end hotels, destination weddings, MICE events, and mega celebrations has helped the brand gain operational maturity. This evolution positioned Tivoli effectively for its five-star classification within a short timeframe.
The property features 132 sophisticated rooms, including an opulent Presidential Suite and an elegant Junior Suite. It also offers five spacious banquet halls and three outdoor lawns, accommodating large-scale gatherings of up to 3,000 guests. The hotel houses three restaurants—Zuun (Pan-Asian), Blue Grotto (Mediterranean poolside), and Aria (global all-day dining). These venues cater to diverse culinary preferences, enhancing the guest experience with curated menus and premium service.
With its new five-star status, Tivoli strengthens its expansion plans across North India. The recognition positions the brand for stronger growth in luxury hospitality, weddings, corporate events, and destination celebrations. It also reinforces Tivoli’s growing influence in the region, signaling a promising future for the group as it continues to build on excellence, innovation, and high-quality guest experiences.
