Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) has announced the signing of a new hotel under the brand name THE Park in the foothills of Nainital, Uttarakhand. This luxury boutique hotel will be located near Jim Corbett National Park, India’s first national park, and will offer a mix of rooms and tree houses designed to provide comfort while immersing guests in the natural beauty of the surroundings.
The hotel, scheduled to open in Amgarhi, Nainital, by October 2025, will feature a multi-cuisine restaurant, bar, swimming pool, spa, conference room, and open-air banquets for social and business gatherings. The 65 well-appointed rooms will be designed to provide a comfortable stay amidst the picturesque landscape of the Himalayas.
Commenting on the signing, Vijay Dewan, Managing Director, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels, expressed excitement about the expansion of THE Park to a new Himalayan destination. He noted that the hotel will celebrate the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the Kumaon region, offering guests “Anything But Ordinary” experiences.
