Convenience ranks top priority for passengers post pandemic: IATA

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has announced the results of its 2022 Global Passenger Survey (GPS), showing that travellers top concerns for travel in the post-COVID crisis period are focused on simplification and convenience.
