Noida International Airport has forged a strategic partnership with Akasa Air, aiming to mutually bolster their growth trajectories. Akasa Air is set to station aircraft at the airport, facilitating the operation of both domestic and international flights from Noida International Airport. This collaboration is geared towards meeting the escalating demand for air travel in the region.
With a notable surge in passenger traffic in India recently, the trend is anticipated to persist and intensify in the coming years. Noida International Airport and Akasa Air share a common commitment to enhancing air connectivity from Delhi NCR and Western Uttar Pradesh to both domestic and international destinations, contributing to the continued growth of the aviation sector.

The first phase of the Noida International Airport, with one runway, and one terminal will have the capacity to handle traffic of 12 million passengers annually. After the completion of the fourth phase, the airport will have the capacity to manage 70 million passengers per year.
