Lemon Tree Hotels expands in Maharashtra

 

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a new property in Bapane, Maharashtra, set to open in FY 2026. The upcoming Lemon Tree Hotel, Bapane, will be operated by Carnations Hotels, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. Strategically located approximately 43 km from Mumbai International Airport and 28.8 km from Mumbai Borivali Railway Station, the hotel will offer convenient accessibility via public and private transport.

The property will feature 76 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a spa, and various public spaces. Designed to cater to both leisure and business travellers, it aims to provide a blend of comfort and functionality. Vilas Pawar, CEO, Lemon Tree Hotels’ managed and franchise business, said, “We are delighted to strengthen our portfolio in Maharashtra, an economic powerhouse known for its rich cultural heritage, diverse landscapes, and vibrant history. This addition will complement our existing twelve hotels and five upcoming properties in the state.”
