Union Civil Aviation Minister, Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu, has said that the Ministry’s top most priority is to ensure affordable air tickets. He said that pricing is defined by market forces and the competition. He was participating in a panel discussion.
Answering a series of questions, he echoed that airways is the new railways of India. “A fact that is well highlighted with the increase in the number of airports from 73 to 157,” said Naidu.
