TBM Staff - Mumbai AirAsia is set to operate new flights from Thiruvananthapuram, or Trivandrum to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia starting February 21, 2024, making this the airline’s second direct route from the state of Kerala.
This new flight will operate four times a week. The launch of this new connectivity will mark the airline’s 9th route from India to Malaysia. Currently, AirAsia operates 6 direct routes from South Indian cities via AirAsia Malaysia (AK) ‒ Chennai, Tiruchirappalli, Hyderabad, Kochi, Bengaluru and Kolkata as well as 2 direct routes from Northern India ‒ Amritsar and New Delhi via AirAsia X (D7) to Malaysia.
