Taking inspiration from Vanilla Ice’s popular 90’s tune ‘Ice Ice Baby’, Yas Island Abu Dhabi, the region’s entertainment capital, has reached millions across social media with its catchy rendition, ‘Yas Yas Baby’ within the first 48 hours of its release.

The upbeat summer campaign generated millions of views across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. The enjoyable video highlights to holidaymakers everything that this exciting destination has to offer, from luxury hotels, to beaches, theme parks and more, all with the charismatic stars of the music video bringing nostalgia with their classic 90’s dance moves.

“This is an amazingly entertaining ad”, said one commenter on Instagram, while another said, “This reminds me of the good old days”.

Commenting on the campaign, Liam Findlay, CEO of Experience Hub, the trade and promotion arm of Yas Island and a subsidiary of Miral, “We are very proud of this campaign and are truly amazed by the results so far. We are very excited that our audience has found the video engaging and reminiscent of better times. Whilst working on our campaigns, we always try to think outside the box to truly reflect the island’s fun energy in the best way possible. We couldn’t be happier to see people across the UAE enjoying and engaging with our content.’
