Resorts World Cruises unveils platform ‘RW Cruise Buddy’ for agent partners in India

At a press meet in Mumbai today at the Sahara Star, Resorts World Cruises introduced its state-of-the-art technology platform ‘RW Cruise Buddy’ to enable travel partners have direct access to real-time inventory and cruise fare.

Announcing the launch via video conferencing, Michael Goh, President, Resorts World Cruises, said this is a step ahead for ease of bookings with their trade partners.

Talking about this, Naresh Rawal, VP – Sales & Marketing, Resorts World Cruises, said, “Since we deal with a large number of agents across varied geographies, it was timely for us to launch this platform for seamless booking and offer real-time availability of cabins. This will also allow us to insentivise agents per quarter through reward points on their bookings on a single platform.”

Elaborating further he said, this is a platform for all their travel partners – B2B, B2C or MICE players. “It will connect all the travel partners with our PSAs, and Resorts World Cruises as a brand on a common platform. It will give them access to the availability of cabins and the best fares, because that has always been a pain point to give easy access to fares and availability of cabins. Today in a fast-paced world, travel agents will get instant fares and access to our resource center for product presentation, images and reach out to us for clarity if required.

This is not a booking portal, it is an information platform. Agents still have to necessarily go through the PSAs for making bookings. RW Cruise Buddy gives them access to the PSAs, and the Resorts World Cruises marketing content on a single platform.”
