In a move expected to boost regional tourism, FLY91, a regional airline based in Goa, will launch direct flights between Goa, Pune, and Sindhudurg starting August 31. The new routes include direct flights between Goa and Pune, operating on weekends, with two flights each on Saturdays and Sundays. Flight IC1376 will depart from Manohar International Airport in Goa at 06:35 and arrive in Pune at 07:40, while flight IC1375 will return from Pune at 10:55 and reach Goa at 12:10.
Additionally, FLY91 will introduce direct flights between Pune and Sindhudurg, marking the first air connection between these regions. Flight IC5302 will leave Pune at 08:05 and arrive in Sindhudurg at 09:10, with the return flight, IC5303, departing Sindhudurg at 09:30 and reaching Pune at 10:35.
These new routes are set to enhance travel convenience and stimulate tourism and business between the key destinations. Goa’s vibrant culture and beaches will be more accessible to Pune residents, and Sindhudurg’s scenic and historical attractions will be easier for travellers to explore.
