High Commission of Malaysia & ITC Maurya Hotel collaborate with Tourism Malaysia for cuisine promotion at "Taste of Malaysia festival" in New Delhi

The High Commission of Malaysia and ITC Maurya Hotel, New Delhi collaborated with Tourism Malaysia to welcome guests to experience Malaysian cuisine during the Taste of Malaysia Food & Culture Festival. The festival, held at The Pavilion Restaurant, ITC Maurya Hotel, showcased a diverse Malaysian dinner menu. This festival is organised to celebrate 62 years of diplomatic relations between Malaysia and India.


PATA conducts its 242nd EC meeting in Odisha

PATA India Chapter held its 242nd EC Meeting at Swosti Premium, in Bhubaneswar, Odisha on September 4, 2019. The meeting was chaired by Yogendra Tripathi, Secretary Tourism in his capacity as Chairman, PATA India Chapter. The EC Meeting was followed by a meeting with Odisha Tourism Officials and local travel trade. Tripathi met the Odisha Hoteliers and Travel Trade Association along with the Asit Kumar Tripathy, Chief Secretary, Vishal Dev, Secretary Tourism & Sports and Nirmal Chand Mishra, Director Tourism.


Sun International collaborates with South Africa High Commission for networking session with South African Cricket Team

Sun International Hotels South Africa represented by Outbound Marketing in India in collaboration with South Africa High Commission hosted the South African Cricket Team in India on September 8, 2019. A high tea networking session was organised to mark the occasion. The evening started with a welcome note by His Excellency, the High Commissioner Sbu Ndebele of South Africa. The invited guests and media persons were happy to interact with the South African Cricket team.


TAT & Thai Airways organise Luxury Agents FAM Trip

Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), New Delhi along with airline partner, Thai Airways hosted a Luxury FAM trip for 8 agents, to the Rose of the North Chiang Mai & capital city of Bangkok from September 19 to 23, 2019. Six travel agents from Delhi and two from Kolkata, focusing on luxury travel, were invited. The purpose of this was to promote Thailand as the ideal luxury holiday destination for Indian travellers and to showcase high end hotels and resorts as well as luxury products & offerings in Amazing Thailand.
