IIPT India launches MBA in Tourism Excellence

IIPT (International Institute for Peace Through Tourism) India celebrated its first anniversary on January 30. On the occasion, Co-Founders, Ajay Prakash & Kiran Yadav launched SVIMS International (MBA in Tourism Excellence) in partnership with Livingstone International University of Tourism Excellence and Business Management, at the Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Management Studies & Research (SVIMS) campus in Mumbai.

Separetely, earlier this month, the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management of Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SoA) University organised an International Symposium on Fostering Tourism through Global Peace.

The CSTF big bash in New Delhi

Following the success of last year’s events in Mumbai and Delhi, Creating Synergy Among Travel Fraternity (CSTF) organised yet another very successful networking party in the capital city. CSTF is a travel networking group promoted by Ankur Kalra, MD, Wellcome Tours; Ajay Chhabria, MD, In-time Travels; Rohit Shorey, Director, Destination Travel Services; and Siddharth Jain, Founder, click2travel.in. TravelBiz Monitor was the media partner of the party held at The Nest in Lado Serai.

The party gave 550 delegates a chance to network and increase business amid cocktails and dinner. At the networking bash, there was a lucky draw with cash sponsors namely Nijhawan Group, Star Cruises & Ark Travels, and Macau Tourism.

The mega prize included a fully paid trip for two to Fiji by Pranav Kapadia, Global Destinations; an all-inclusive trip to Oman by Aman Bhatia of Island Group and prizes by Minor group of hotels, Panorama Tours Bali, Odysseus Travel, Orange Tourism, etc.
