Vistara to increase services between Delhi and London Heathrow from Nov
TBM Staff | Mumbai

Vistara has increased frequency between Delhi and London Heathrow for the winter schedule. Vistara is operating these flights as part of the bilateral ‘transport bubble’ between India and the UK.

The airline has increased frequency from the current 4x weekly to 5x weekly flights from November 21, 2020, further ramping up to 7x weekly or daily flights effective December 1,  2020. The flights have also been retimed for customers’ convenience, effective October 25, 2020, with the westbound flight UK017 departing Delhi at 1345 hours and touching down in London at 1745 hours the same day. The return flight, UK018, will depart London at 2050 hours and arrive in Delhi at 1025 hours the following day.

“The increase in frequency demonstrates our success on the Delhi-London route, its importance in our network, and the steady demand for a world-class, full-service carrier from India. It also brings to our customers more choice and flexibility with their travel plans in these unusual times, and the retiming of flights further enables convenient connections to and from several cities across India", said Vinod Kannan, Chief Commercial Officer, Vistara.

Vistara’s Delhi-London route will continue to be serviced by its brand-new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, featuring three cabin classes designed to global standards, onboard WiFi, specially curated  meals, cutting-edge in-flight entertainment and service delivered to the exacting levels of Tata and Singapore Airlines.
