The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai with an aim to promote Indonesian Trade, Tourism and Investment opportunities organised an Indonesian Solo Exhibition titled “Expo Indonesia 2017” held from November 3-5, 2017 at Expo Centre, World Trade Centre (WTC), Mumbai. The event saw participation of around 47 Indonesian companies .

Arsenal Football Club has announced Cover-More as their Official Travel Insurance Partner. The partnership will run for three seasons. Cover-More Group, parent of TrawellTag Cover-More from December 2017 will create Arsenal travel insurance, car-hire insurance and match ticket cancellation insurance solutions for fans attending and travelling to games throughout the season, as well as insurance packages that cover the club’s pre-season tours.

Priya Sethi inaugurates India Travel Mart JAMMU

Priya Sethi, Minister of State for Education, Technical Education, Culture, Tourism, Department of Horticulture, Floriculture and Parks, Government of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) inaugurated the India Travel Mart Jammu at Hotel Ramada, Jammu City Centre, Gulab Singh Marg, Near Exhibition Ground, Jammu (J&K). The three day exhibition was supported by Jammu and Kashmir Tourism.

Brand USA hosts first MegaFam for Indian tour operators

Brand USA partnered with Air India to host its first-ever largescale, multi-itinerary U.S. familiarisation trip, or MegaFam, for 24 tour operators from India. The MegaFam allowed each of the tour operators to travel in groups of eight along one of three concurrent U.S. itineraries. One group visited Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. Another group, which arrived in Chicago, visited that city before heading to Milwaukee. And, a third group flew into San Francisco. They then traveled to these California towns: Monterey, Carmel, Paso Robles and Santa Barbara.

KTDC launches its latest product Ayurbodha at WTM London

‘Ayurbodha’, the newest product of the Kerala Tourism Development Corporation (KTDC) aimed at blending tourism and knowledge of Ayurveda, was formally launched by Kerala Tourism Minister Kadakampally Surendran at the World Travel Mart in London. Under the initiative, the traveller can stay at any of the KTDC resorts located in the captivating and pristine parts of Kerala and learn about the ancient medicinal stream of Ayurveda.
