The consolidated losses of Indian carriers are expected to be around USD 550 to 700 million, according to the CAPA India Aviation Outlook 2020. Indian carriers are expected to add 90 new aircraft in 2020 to reach a total fleet size of 754, said Kapil Kaul, CEO & Director, South Asia, CAPA while presenting the Outlook at the CAPA India Aviation Summit in the national capital.

According to the outlook, the domestic aviation growth is expected to soften through 2020 to 14 to 16%.
